At Form + Function Studio, we bring together over 25 years of industry experience across architecture, design, construction, refurbishment, and project delivery. Our journey began through the established practices of Barsav Architects, Barsav Designers, and Barsav Construction Group, where we developed a strong foundation in design thinking, technical coordination, and practical construction knowledge. In July 2024, we rebranded as Form + Function Studio to reflect a broader and more integrated vision, one that brings together creativity, functionality, buildability, and long term value.Our philosophy is rooted in the balance between form and function. We believe that good design should not only be visually refined, but also practical, sustainable, compliant, and carefully considered in relation to the way people live, work, and use space. Every project is approached with a clear understanding of context, client aspirations, budget, technical requirements, and future performance.

Our team is led by senior architects, experienced project managers, technical designers, engineers, and highly skilled construction professionals. This combined expertise allows us to manage projects with clarity and precision from the earliest concept stage through to planning, technical design, approvals, construction, and completion. By bringing design and build knowledge together, we are able to create solutions that are not only imaginative, but also realistic, coordinated, and deliverable.
